OraWrap LUXE
Orapact LUXE sheets are patent-pending thermoforming sheets that soften at a low temperature (60-70°C) in hot water, so they can be formed by hand or with simple equipment such as a non-setting putty.
When set, the plastic resin becomes firm upon cooling. Used for custom-fitted [retainers, dental templates, night guards, trays and splints]. Can be formed into different thickness levels and hardness levels.

01. Professional Chair-side fabrication system
Form custom appliances at the chair, between appointments. Warm the sheet in hot water, mould it to the model, and let it set. There’s no lab turnaround and no heavy vacuum forming equipment or expensive scanners; just a simple, repeatable system your team can run in the practice.
02. High Transparency & Precise Custom Fit
Stock guards are a compromise, and lab-made ones mean waiting. Orapact LUXE sheets are formed to each patient’s arch, so every appliance sits close and comfortably, in the thickness you choose. If the first form isn’t right, reheat and reshape the same sheet instead of starting again.
03. Bonds to itself when hot
While the sheet is hot, it fuses to itself. Join sections, build up a ridge or patch a thin spot, then let it cool into one solid piece. Trim the edges with scissors or a blade for a clean, finished result.
